Franklin Federal Savings Bank is offering local elementary schools free instruction designed to teach children how to responsibly save, spend and share money. The one-hour "edutainment" lesson is written specifically for the 2nd grade classroom and incorporates many 1st and 2nd grade SOLs, including economics, literature, math and arts.
