Young people are fascinated by our area's ever changing weather and now we're inviting them to be a part of the NBC12 weather team. Area youngsters can send in their pictures of the weather and participate in our segment "Color the Weather."
Each day on First at Four Meteorologist Tom Patton will feature a selected picture.
Winner will receive:
Four pack of passes to the Children's Museum of Richmond.
