Payoff Administrator (PA) - The PA provides payoff information and instructions for all portfolio loans serviced by the Association.

Real Estate Tax Administrator (RETA) - Responsible for the timely payment of all real estate taxes, and for the release of all recorded loan documents.

Escrow Analysis Administrator (EAA) - Responsible for annual escrow accounting. All questions that pertain to your yearly escrow analysis should be directed to this administrator.

Hazard Insurance Administrator (HIA) Responsible for the timely payment of all insurance premiums paid by the Association. All questions that pertain to a hazard or homeowners insurance policy should be directed to this administrator.

Collections Officer (CO) - Responsible for collecting all past due loan payments. All questions that pertain to a delinquent loan payment should be directed to this officer.
