In accordance with these precepts and our "Principles of Privacy," Association personnel will not release non-public personal information, either orally or in writing, except as permitted by law or as authorized by our customers. Association personnel will give a customer general account information about his or her account if the customer can provide proper identification.
In order to ensure that customer information is not inadvertently released to the wrong person, customers are required to provide proper identification before Association personnel will discuss account information.
